At Ginger Cat Ink, each item is custom-made specifically for you and your pet.

Returns

Because all products are personalized and created from customer-submitted photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by the customer
  • Customer preference changes after approval
  • Personalized items with custom names or pet photos

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if design work has not yet begun.

Once a design has been created or approved, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
